Yes. All products sold by Shop Eminence are guaranteed authentic unless clearly stated otherwise.
Our focus is mainly on sealed Pokémon TCG products, including ETBs, booster boxes and premium collections. Any single cards or non-sealed items will always be clearly described in the listing.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
At the moment, we currently ship within the UK unless stated otherwise.
We use protective packaging materials to help keep products secure in transit. The goal is to ensure your order arrives safely, cleanly and ready to open, display or keep sealed.
No. Opened booster packs and boxes cannot be returned due to the nature of collectible trading card products.
Individual cards are non-refundable due to condition or grading expectations, unless they are faulty or not as described.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs. If approved, a replacement or refund will be offered in line with our policy.
If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we will assist where possible.
