All products sold by Shop Eminence are guaranteed authentic unless clearly stated otherwise.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
5. Marketing & Social Media
Shop Eminence uses social media platforms, including TikTok, strictly for marketing and promotional purposes. All purchases are completed exclusively through shopeminence.co.uk. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
6. Intellectual Property
Pokémon and all related trademarks are the property of Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company. Shop Eminence is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
7. Limitation of Liability

1. Consumer Rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, unless an exception applies.
2. Trading Cards & Sealed Products
Due to the nature of collectible trading cards:
Opened booster packs and boxes cannot be returned
Individual cards are non-refundable due to condition or grading expectations, unless faulty or not as described
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. If approved, a replacement or refund will be offered.
4. Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
Unused
In original packaging
Returned within 14 days of approval
Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

1. Dispatch Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
2. Delivery
We currently ship within the UK. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.
3. Responsibility
Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
4. Lost or Delayed Parcels
